Professional Participants, Seating and Room Planning for Events of Any Size

As the German Association of Insurance Buyers (GVNW e.V.), we organize the largest insurance congress in the German-speaking region every September, with around 750 participants.
A recurring organizational challenge concerned the gala dinner with open seating.
The high demand for certain tables did not always match the formal setting.
In addition, it occasionally happened that participants who wished to spend the evening together were unable to find a shared table.
Against this background, we looked for a suitable solution to support seating organization and, during our research, became aware of TablePlanner.
In 2025, we used the tool for the first time and gave our guests the opportunity to reserve seats together in advance.
Both the setup of the required features as well as the support and implementation ran smoothly. The situation at the dinner noticeably improved as a result.
